In order to win a basketball game you must be able to pass. If you don't think passing is important and you think only shooting is important, think about it. You wouldn't score any points unless someone passed to you. It is very important to develop correct passing skills. You can easily incorporate our passing program with any basketball skills training you do. It will only take 10-15 minutes a day and you will see a difference in your passing abilities. Good Luck!!! Today you are going to be working on your passing skills. First 40 passes work normal chest passes to a wall Next 40 passes work over the head passes Next 40 passes work one handed passes Next 30 passes work behind the back passes with your right and left hand This next 20 passes you are going to work on fancy passes like between the legs passes or whatever you can think of. For the next part of the program find a partner. Complete the same workout above exept pass to a partner and make sure the partner moves around a lot. You will rarely make a pass to a stationary teammate in a game. |
